Taptick

Terms of Service

Effective date: 29 October 2026
Provider: Harshit Sahai — [email protected]

The service

Taptick is a shared status board. You create Spaces, add items with states, and the people you invite see changes in real time. There is a free plan and paid plans (below). Usage limits keep the service fast and are shown in the app when you reach them, and features may change as the service grows.

Your account

You need an account, with an email address and password or Sign in with Apple, to use Taptick. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.

Plans and subscriptions

Your content

Your boards belong to you and the members of your Spaces. By using Taptick you grant us the technical license needed to store your content and display it to the members of the Spaces you put it in — that is the product working as intended, and nothing more. A record of status changes remains part of a shared Space's history even if you later leave, so other members' boards stay truthful. If you leave a Space, those past changes keep the display name you had at the time; if you delete your account entirely, the changes stay but your name is removed from them and shown as "Former member".

Acceptable use

Don't use Taptick to store or share unlawful content, to harass others, to probe or overload the service (rate limits are enforced), or to attempt access to Spaces you were not invited to. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Taptick reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taptick is provided without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Taptick and delete your account at any time; deleting it does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that in your iPhone's Settings first. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain; disputes go to the courts of the provider's domicile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the effective date; material changes will be flagged in the app. Continuing to use Taptick after a change means you accept it.
